Payment policies
We accept payment via credit card Mastercard, Visa, JCB or Debit Card. You can include other travelers in your booking process via our website.
We accept credit cards issued by the GCC countries, and we may keep some credit cards issued by certain countries suspended on our website and not allowed during the booking process.
We accept unlicensed debit cards issued by banks for use in e-commerce sites. If your debit card does not work on the site, please contact the card issuer to activate it. The bank may replace your old debit card with a new one that allows you to use it on e-commerce sites.
Your credit card will be charged when you book.
The ticket will be sent to your registered email.

Cancellation and Return Policies
If canceled within 24 days of travel, the full amount is deducted.
If canceled between 25 and 60 days from the date of travel, 50% of the amount paid is deducted.
If canceled 61 days prior to the date of travel, 10% of the amount paid will be deducted.
If the name of the traveler does not match his / her name on the passport, an amount may be required for any change or correction.
Hotels: Bahrain countryside does not charge any cancellation fees along with the fees charged by the hotel
Aviation: Bahrain's rural areas charge service fees in the case of canceled or modified tickets (reissued)
